This MS International Venice Crema 20 in. x 20 in. Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile has a slip-resistant design suitable for medium-duty residential floors in such areas of the home as the kitchen, halls or corridors and other areas where normal footwear may be used. The tile is also suitable for outdoor use on balconies or terraces as the impervious nature makes it frost-resistant. The smooth finish, warm beige shades and moderate tonal variation offer a suitable complement to any space. Coordinate with matching grout and trim pieces for a finished installation.

• Grade 1, first-quality porcelain tile for floor, wall and countertop use
• 20 in. width x 20 in. length x 3/8 in. thick
• Glazed smooth finish with a low sheen and moderate variation in tone
• P.E.I. Rating III is suitable for medium-duty residential and commercial floors including kitchens, halls, terraces and areas used more often with normal footwear and small amounts of dirt
• Impervious flooring has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or some outdoor use and is frost proof
• C.O.F. greater than 0.50 is recommended for standard residential and commercial applications and is marginally skid resistant
• It is completely frost resistant. But use a latex-modified thinset.
